As much as we love our families they can also be a challenge. Parenting can be a challenge at the best of times. When we combine the other pressures on our mental health, (e.g., work, life cycle events, difficulty coping with feelings, etc.) it can make it even harder to stay connected. Mindfulness Meditation Sessions
Coming Soon! Mindfulness meditation is a simple practice, but that doesn’t mean that it is easy. Sessions will offer a mindfulness meditation practice as well as the space to ask questions and share your experiences and struggles with the practice. These sessions will be open to beginners as well as those with a more established practice.
